How do I book SK Simulations?

Choose a package and date on our booking page. We confirm by email/WhatsApp and send an invoice.

Do you require a deposit and is VAT included?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due 72 hours before the event. Prices are subject to 10% VAT where applicable.

What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Accepted Answer

One free reschedule (subject to availability). Cancellations: 14+ days—deposit retained; 3–13 days—75% due; under 72 hours—100% due.

Question 4

How much space and ceiling height do you need?

Per bay: 16 ft (W) × 16 ft (L) × 10 ft (H) minimum on a flat, level surface.

What power is required?

Accepted Answer

Two dedicated 120V/15A circuits within ~50 ft. A quiet inverter generator can be provided if venue power isn’t suitable (surcharge).

Do you need internet?

Basic play does not require internet. Leaderboards or streaming may need Wi-Fi. We carry an LTE hotspot where coverage allows.

How long is setup and teardown?

Typical setup is 45–90 minutes per bay and teardown is ~45 minutes. We recommend a 60–90 minute pre-event window.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes—if covered and protected from wind/rain and the surface is level. For beaches or grass we may add flooring/matting.

Is staff included and is it beginner-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes—packages include at least one trained attendant. We run beginner-friendly mini-games with auto-putt and quick turns.

Recommended group sizes per package?

Starter Swing: 1–5, Power Play: 5–10, Executive Swing: 10–20, Elite Experience: 20+.

Question 11

Do you provide clubs and balls?

Yes—right- and left-handed sets are available. Guests may bring their own clubs; we supply simulator-safe balls.

Do you service hotels/resorts and islands beyond Nassau?

Yes. We’re hotel-friendly (load-in routes, COIs, ADA cable ramps). Family Islands are available with travel fees.
